Grant Summary
Why Should You Apply? |
|
1. Up to 70% Funding Support: Eligible businesses can receive funding for up to 70% of qualifying project costs. Whether you’re investing in new technology, upgrading your processes, or reskilling your employees, this grant helps reduce the financial burden while allowing you to focus on growth.
2. Support for Equipment, Software, and Training: The grant covers a wide range of qualifying expenses, including new equipment, software, consultancy services, and relevant training to help you implement your transformation plan successfully.
3. Enterprise and Workforce Development: Whether your goal is to streamline operations, boost productivity, or empower your employees with new skills, the CTC Grant supports a holistic approach to business and workforce development.
How Does It Work? |
|
1. Form a Company Training Committee (CTC): A CTC acts as a partnership between your company’s management and union/worker representatives to design and execute transformation plans that align with business needs and workforce skills development.
2. Develop a Transformation Plan: This plan should outline how your business will achieve enterprise and workforce transformation. Whether it’s through new technology, reskilling initiatives, or job redesign, the plan must commit to at least one positive worker outcome, such as a wage increase or a structured Career Development Plan (CDP).
3. Submit Your Application: Once your plan is developed and endorsed by your CTC, submit your application through the e2i Grant Portal. All applications are assessed based on the potential for business transformation and worker outcomes, so it’s important to make a strong case for how your project will deliver both.
