How RIC Helped


Grant Secured:

RIC supported the client in securing an Enterprise Development Grant (EDG) for New Product Development, with a total approved grant amount of over S$148,000 and up to 50% funding support for eligible project costs.

Scope of RIC’s Consulting and Advisory Services:

RIC worked closely with the client to scope, plan, and structure a high-impact product innovation project to develop a CX No-Code Builder integrated into the client’s existing platforms. RIC’s work included:
Full proposal preparation, detailing the technical development of the CX No-Code Builder and aligning it to EDG’s innovation objectives.

  • Customer journey and impact analysis, quantifying time and cost savings, and mapping the commercial opportunities arising from the new product.
  • Implementation roadmap, including internal manpower allocation and integration of third-party tools such as FlutterFlow.
  • Technology architecture planning, covering the use of FlutterFlow, Open API, JavaScript, and integration with the client’s proprietary Connect+ platform to enable rapid microsite creation without technical expertise.
  • End-to-end grant process support, from submission to milestone tracking, change management, claims, and audit compliance — ensuring smooth execution and full disbursement of grant funds.

Outcomes


  • Reduced microsite development time from weeks to minutes, enabling non-technical users to launch campaigns independently.
  • Created new revenue streams through a self-service, scalable campaign builder that caters to both SMEs and large enterprises.
  • Strengthened the client’s position as an industry leader in customer engagement platforms, enhancing competitive differentiation in banking, telecommunications, and retail.
