- Technology Selection and Vendor Coordination: We facilitated vendor selection, working closely with VE Capital Asia to develop and implement IoT-enabled features, such as Smart Freezer Monitoring, inventory tracking, and automated order management.
- Project Management and Staff Training: RIC managed project milestones and ensured smooth integration between e-commerce platforms (including Lazada, Redmart, and Shopee) and the client’s back-end systems. We also provided staff training to ensure effective adoption of the new technologies.
