The Client


The client is a long-standing player in Singapore’s beverage industry, specialising in the distribution of premium alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including beers, wines, and soft drinks. With strong distribution partnerships and a robust supply chain, the company has built a reputable presence across retail, e-commerce, and direct-to-consumer channels.

Despite its established market position, the client recognised the growing importance of digital engagement and the need to modernise its brand image to stay competitive. With shifting consumer behaviours and increased demand for digital interaction—especially among younger audiences—the company set out to enhance its social media presence and connect more authentically through influencer-driven storytelling.

How RIC Helped


Grant Secured:

Real Inbound Consulting (RIC) supported the client in securing an Enterprise Development Grant (EDG) from Enterprise Singapore to execute a digital marketing transformation initiative. The project received grant support of SG$141,952 covering consultancy services, influencer management tools, training, and content development.

Scope of RIC’s Consulting and Advisory Services:

RIC led the strategic planning and operational rollout of the client’s social media transformation:
  • Digital Audit and Strategy Development
    • Conducted a full audit of the client’s digital footprint, including engagement metrics, channel performance, and content resonance, to identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Influencer Marketing Training
    • Delivered hands-on workshops for the client’s marketing team covering content strategy, influencer engagement, and campaign management to build in-house capabilities.
  • System Implementation
    • Advised on and supported the deployment of an influencer management platform to automate outreach, contract tracking, and performance analytics for greater marketing efficiency.
  • Brand Persona Development
    • Worked closely with the client to define a refreshed social media brand voice that could appeal to both long-standing customers and new, younger demographics.
  • Grant Management and Claims Support
    • Oversaw grant documentation, budget planning, and claims submission, ensuring compliance with EDG guidelines and smooth funding disbursement.

  • 20% increase in social media engagement and 25% follower growth across platforms within the first six months post-implementation.
  • 60% reduction in manual marketing tasks through automated influencer campaign workflows.
