The client is a leading supplier of industrial equipment in Singapore, specializing in the production and distribution of high-quality machinery parts and components used in construction, manufacturing, and heavy industries. The company has been operating for over 40 years, serving a diverse client base across Southeast Asia and the Middle East.

​The client operates a large manufacturing facility where precision and high throughput are key to delivering quality products. In response to growing demand and to improve production efficiency, the client sought to automate their manufacturing processes to scale operations while maintaining high standards of quality and reducing lead time.

How RIC Helped


Grant Secured:

RIC supported the client in securing funding for the implementation of factory automation, enabling them to enhance production lines with robotics and AI-driven solutions. The project received SG$400,000 in support to integrate automation into the client's machinery assembly lines.

Scope of RIC’s Consulting and Advisory Services:

RIC scoped and prepared the full project proposal, incorporating:
