Need the expertise of an experienced B-to-B business development professional, but not able to commit to employing a full-time BD staff?

Sales and business development is the lifeblood of any company. Without sales, everything else falls apart.

However, it is not easy for a growing business to commit to hiring a business development staff full-time. After investing time and money to train them up, there is nothing to guarantee that they would not leave. All the resources invested in getting them up to speed can go to waste if they are not able to create a substantial sales pipeline within a reasonable time.

That is why Real Inbound Consulting is keen to help companies address this pain-point. Leveraging our years of experience helping companies grow their business, we serve as instrumental business development partners for our clients. 

We act as a flexible extension of your sales team, helping you build your sales pipeline by setting up qualified introductory meetings with prospects, at minimal upfront investment by you.

A typical engagement involves the following:

1. Initial sessions to learn your solutions' value proposition, profile of an ideal prospect and sales methodology

2. Mutually agree on what criteria does a qualified prospect has to fulfil

3. We will research qualified prospects, and reach out to key decision makers to set up an initial introductory meeting

4. We will attend and facilitate the initial meeting together with your team

5. Your own team follows up and closes the deal 

With the above groundwork professionally and properly taken care of by us, your own sales team can focus on follow-ups and closing.

We are confident in delivering results due to the following reasons:

1. Our background and experience in B2B business development and marketing in Singapore allow us to identify and execute on the best strategies to get you meetings with your target prospects in the most effectively and quickest manner.

2. Our years of expertise in helping local companies get government grants has resulted in an extensive network of business contacts which can be leveraged on to get you the meetings you need.

Our fees come in two components:

1. Basic monthly retainer (typically less than SGD 980). Initial commitment of 2 months.

2. Incentive fee per qualified meeting, amount to be mutually agreed upon.

We typically commit to at least 7 qualified meetings in the first two months, and at least 5 per month thereafter.

All of the above can be varied upon further discussion.
