Key Eligibility Notes
For new hires, CCP generally applies under the Place-and-Train mode, where the company hires a jobseeker and trains the individual for a new growth role. The individual should be a Singapore Citizen or PR, at least 21 years old, and have graduated or completed National Service for at least two years. The new role should be substantially different from the individual’s previous role, unless specific exceptions apply. The employer must be registered or incorporated in Singapore and offer permanent employment or a contract of at least one year.
