Key Eligibility Notes
The product should be new and should not be generating revenue at the point of grant application. Applicants must have more than 30% of shares own by Singaporeans.

Generally, grants should be assessed before project commitment or commencement. Starting work or signing vendors too early may create eligibility issues.

Qualifying internal manpower may be supported, subject to prevailing programme terms and EnterpriseSG assessment.
Is approval guaranteed?
No. Approval depends on company eligibility, project quality, business impact, timing, supporting evidence and agency evaluation.
