The client is a distinguished asset management firm based in Singapore, specializing in providing bespoke investment solutions for high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional investors. The firm manages over USD 1.3 billion in assets and offers a range of services, including multi-asset portfolio management, family wealth structuring, and access to private equity and alternative investments. The firm’s services are known for their personalized approach, ensuring each client's portfolio aligns with their specific financial goals.

With a growing global client base and expanding operations, the client sought to digitize their fund management operations to enhance efficiency, client experience, and data-driven decision-making. The firm needed a comprehensive digital solution to integrate all aspects of their fund management, client reporting, and internal operations into a unified system.

How RIC Helped


Grant Secured:

RIC assisted the client in securing the Enterprise Development Grant (EDG) to implement a custom ERP system to automate various internal operations. The grant awarded SG$66,000, covering up to 70% of the project costs, enabling the firm to transition from manual processes to a modern, integrated digital system.

Scope of RIC’s Consulting and Advisory Services:

RIC scoped and prepared the full project proposal, incorporating:
  • ERP Solution Design: RIC worked closely with the client to define the scope and requirements for a customized ERP solution, ensuring it would meet their needs for client relationship management (CRM), fund accounting, and real-time reporting.
