He helps companies structure growth, innovation, automation and expansion projects into credible funding pathways, with a focus on project strategy, agency positioning, proposal logic and execution readiness.

Yona serves as a senior business partner to RIC’s Founder, overseeing the firm’s finance, HR, claims operations, and internal administration across active client matters. She plays a central role in managing RIC’s claims operations, supporting clients from grant claim submission through to successful disbursement while coordinating closely with both clients and grant agencies. She also oversees key finance functions including invoicing, payment processing, payroll, and account administration, ensuring that operational accuracy and timeliness are maintained in areas that directly affect client trust and company cash flow. In addition, Yona supports HR and people management across RIC’s distributed team, while driving project coordination through tools such as Trello, Notion, and Google Calendar to ensure deadlines, follow-ups, meeting documentation, and quality standards are consistently met. Her role is critical in keeping RIC’s internal operations disciplined, responsive, and reliable across both client-facing and back-office functions.

Siew Chiang supports Real Inbound Consulting on legal, contractual, and debt recovery matters, with a focus on protecting the company’s commercial and financial interests. He oversees payment dispute escalation, demand letter preparation, recovery strategy, and legal risk review, ensuring that outstanding client obligations are handled firmly, professionally, and through the appropriate formal channels. His role strengthens RIC’s ability to enforce payment discipline, safeguard receivables, and uphold sound commercial governance.

Michael Won is a seasoned expert in business digitalisation, specializing in leveraging technology to enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth. Fluent in both Mandarin and English, he plays a key role in serving RIC’s mainland China and Hong Kong technology client base, helping convert unfamiliar or highly technical R&D content into clear, compelling English-language narratives for Singapore grant evaluators. He brings experience across campaign management, branding, digital marketing, stakeholder coordination, vendor management, and cross-functional project execution, allowing him to support both technical proposal refinement and broader client-facing communication work. Kai is also well versed in using large language models to accelerate research, structure technical explanations, and digest complex innovation content under tight application timelines, strengthening RIC’s ability to handle cross-border technology cases efficiently and professionally.

Wendy serves as RIC’s Technical Grant Consultant, supporting complex grant applications that require strong client liaison, structured proposal development, and clear articulation of technical and commercial value. She brings deep experience across business development, programme management, digital transformation, client strategy, proposal writing, content production, and cross-functional delivery, including past roles where she managed large portfolios of digital initiatives, improved proposal processes with generative AI, and led client-facing programme oversight from lead generation through post-delivery support. At RIC, she applies this experience to handle technically involved grant cases, coordinate closely with clients, extract the right project details, and translate complex business or technology scopes into well-structured grant narratives with the necessary depth and clarity. Kissel serves as RIC’s UI/UX Designer, supporting product design, user flows, visual systems, and applicant-facing digital experiences across RIC’s Grantbii platform and related outreach initiatives. She brings over nine years of UX/UI experience across SaaS, mobile, cybersecurity education, brand design, usability testing, information architecture, interaction design, and design systems. At RIC, she is responsible for designing end-to-end product flows, wireframes, high-fidelity interfaces, and interactive prototypes in Figma, while maintaining Grantbii’s design system and supporting engineering handoff and design QA. She also develops landing pages, visual assets, social graphics, diagrams, and conversion-focused registration surfaces, ensuring that applicant journeys, engagement touchpoints, and programme materials are clearly structured, professionally designed, and easy to navigate.
