Pure-play End-to-End Grant Consultancy & Management
We hand-hold businesses throughout the entire grant lifecycle-
from Application to Grant Offer to Claims.
Real Inbound Consulting focuses purely in helping businesses navigate the complexities of applying and claiming for strategic business grants. While we support mainstream grants such as the Enterprise Development Grant (EDG) by Enterprise Singapore (previously known as CDG grant from Spring Singapore and GCP grant from IE Singapore), MRA by Enterprise Singapore and the CTC grant by NTUC e2i - we also have success with niche ones from sectorial agencies like MAS, NEA, STB, MPA, and IMDA. We can help with most of the grants listed on Singapore's national grant listing portal GovAssist, which serves as the most updated reference source for grants available.
At RIC, we are not just proposal writers or paper pushers. We partner with clients through every stage of the grant journey - from shaping strategy and building government relationships, to navigating submissions, evaluations, and claims. Our role is to create opportunities, open doors, and maximize the likelihood of success.

Our Key Value Proposition
- Success-Only: Our fee is activated only if the application is successful, making it risk-free for our clients.
- End-to-End Support: We cover the full spectrum of the grant lifecycle – from preparing the submission package, addressing queries from grant evaluators and securing the offer letter; all the way to final milestone claims submission, clearing grant audits and reimbursements. This relieves our clients of all the administrative burden relating to grant application and claims.
- Time Savings with Optimal Funding Outcomes: We draft effective proposals with convincing project impact calculations to justify the grant support seeked, knowing exactly what grant agencies look out for. We offer expert Q&A support, knowing what questions to expect from grant agencies and how best to answer them. We manage the entire claims process, which is more time-consuming than the application process. A lot can go wrong during claims, and RIC is here to prevent such issues. All in all, our expertise and exclusive enables us to handle grants much faster than clients could if they were to do these themselves, leading to significantly quicker approvals, optimal support levels and smooth reimbursements.

Our Service Benefits All Stakeholders in A Grant Project
Grant ApplicantWe operate on a success-based model that de-risks client engagements, while taking full ownership of the grant process end-to-end. We eliminate administrative burden, structure and justify funding requests to achieve optimal support levels, manage grant authority queries, and ensure smooth claims, audit, and reimbursement execution to protect timelines and cash flow.
|
Grant AgenciesWe support grant agencies by pre-screening applicants for eligibility, improving submission quality, and reducing administrative friction. Our involvement ensures complete and accurate applications, minimises clarification cycles, and broadens programme reach by connecting funding schemes with qualified businesses that may otherwise be unaware of available support.
|
VendorsWe help solution partners position competitive, grant-aligned proposals by ensuring applications meet scheme criteria, uncovering relevant funding opportunities, clearly defining grant-supported deliverables, and structuring quotations and delivery to comply with all requirements, reducing execution and audit risk.
