With the fast-changing economic landscapes, various organizations and institutions including exempt and registered Charities and Institutions of a Public Characters (IPCs) that are non-NCSS (National Council of Social Service) members need to keep up with the technological advancements sweeping across the globe. Charities that previously enjoyed VWOs-Charities Capability Fund (VCF) funding may no longer be eligible for this grant unless it falls into the category of enhancement of the granted digital solutions.
